Participation from Our Faculty in the International Quran Studies Conference in Italy
Faculty Member Dr. Turgut Yahşi and Research Assistant İsa Babur, from our faculty, participated in the conference titled "Recited Ink: Written Representations of the Oral Aspects of the Qur’ān", held on May 21, 2024, at the Università l’Orientale di Napoli, Italy. The event was organized and funded under the European Union's “EuQu: The European Qur’an” project. They presented their papers at the conference. Additionally, Dr. Turgut Yahşi contributed to the event by performing a short ney (reed flute) recital.
